The traditional water plant can not meet the short-term water supply demand, the period from project approval to water supply is long, and it can not be relocated after completion, the cost is high and the efficiency is low.


In view of this situation, we have launched the intelligent integrated assembly water plant system solution (IIAWP). Considering the transportation, construction, cost and integration of the product, we have formulated the products suitable for small and medium-sized water supply demand and fast response scenarios, meeting the needs of "low carbon, high efficiency and flexibility", and promoting the industrialization and product transformation of the water industry.

IIAWP is an integrated water treatment system that utilizes modular design, factory prefabrication, and rapid on-site assembly. It disassembles the core processes of coagulation, sedimentation, filtration, disinfection, and backwashing in traditional water plants into standardized modules. After manufacturing, assembly, and debugging are completed in the factory, they are transported to the site for "building block" splicing, achieving full process automation from raw water to drinking water.


IIAWP has redefined the construction model of water infrastructure. Its advantages in shortening cycles, saving costs, and improving water quality stability make it a core solution for urban expansion, emergency water supply, and complex water source treatment, promoting the transformation of the water industry towards “green, efficient, and smart”.

Application advantages

1.Factory prefabricated modules are assembled on site to replace traditional civil construction.

2.Flexible switching process of modular combination (such as strengthening precipitation in rainy season and using iron and manganese removal module for underground water in dry season).

3.Integrated solar power supply system (photovoltaic panel+energy storage battery),supporting low-energy membrane module (energy consumption ≤ 0.3KWH/m3).

4.Intelligent PLC control system+remote operation and maintenance platform, supporting one-key operation at mobile phone, reducing manual intervention.

5.Lightweight module design (single module weight ≤ 5t), suitable for African earth road transportation, supporting helicopter hoisting (remote areas).


Product efficacy

1.The construction period is shortened to 3-6 months (1/5 of that of traditional water plants), and the investment cost per ton of water is reduced by 25% (approximately US$150 per ton).

2.It can adapt to influent turbidity fluctuations of 50 to 5000 NTU, and the effluent turbidity is stable at ≤0.5 NTU.

3.When operating off-grid, it provides an average of 12 hours of power per day, saving 40% more energy than traditional water plants.

4.Each plant only requires 1-2 maintenance personnel, reducing fault response time to 2 hours.

5.Deployment time in remote areas is ≤7 days, saving 60% on transportation costs compared to traditional infrastructure.
